2) Margin- Borrowed money that is used to purchase securities.


3) Guide- An illustrator that helps you accurately place and measure objects.


4) Bleed-lose blood from the body as a result of injury or illness.



5) Resolution-the act of resolving something. : an answer or solution to something.



6) Copy Proof-a copy of a book or story made from trial impressions made from composed type, or print-outs for the correction of errors.



7) Art Board-Archival Art Panels made in custom and stock sizes for the artist to paint on, and theArt Storage System for storing art.


8)- Registration Mark-Registration marks print outside the trim area of printing. These marks allow the printer to accurately align separate letterpress plates for multiple color print jobs and better align cuts when trimming.

  1. Your examples for BLEED and RESOLUTION do not apply to Graphic Design Layout contexts, as you were instructed to obtain. But otherwise, good examples here.
